If Alitosh Furniture Centre makes an error that materially differs from the specifications agreed with the customer, we will work with the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
6. Furniture Dimensions and Measurements
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the furniture ordered can fit into the intended space and can be transported to the required location.
Before ordering large or custom furniture, customers should consider:

- Stairways and corridors.
- Lift or elevator dimensions where applicable.

- Access to the delivery location.
Where measurements are provided by the customer for a custom order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that those measurements are accurate unless Alitosh Furniture Centre has specifically undertaken to measure the space.
7. Payments
Customers must make payments using the payment methods communicated or made available by Alitosh Furniture Centre.
Depending on the order, payment may be required in full or according to an agreed payment arrangement.
For custom-made furniture, production may only begin after the required payment or deposit has been received and the order specifications have been confirmed.
